Fluorosint® Plastic

Fluorosint® 500 is celebrated for its superior dimensional stability. It offers deformation under load that is significantly lower, up to nine times less, than that of unfilled PTFE. Fluorosint® HPV is a high-grade material recognized for its suitability in high-pressure velocity settings. Fluorosint® MT-01 is designed for use in environments that require exceptional strength, stiffness, and stability at elevated temperatures. Fluorosint® 135 stands out for offering the lowest wear rate among Fluorosint grades and demonstrates high chemical inertness. Its applications encompass compressor piston rings, pump and valve wear parts, seals, bearings, thrust washers, rider bands, and packing sets.
