4101_Natural

Hydex® 4101 Natural is a tough, machinable PBT polyester designed for parts that need strong impact resistance and low moisture absorption. It handles caustic cleaning agents better than nylon and keeps its shape in wet or chemical-heavy environments like bottling, dairy, and automated equipment lines.

Shapes Offered

4101_Black

This black-pigmented version of Hydex® 4101 brings the same durability and chemical resilience in a darker finish. It's commonly used where light reflection needs to be minimized or where dark parts are preferred for contrast or wear visibility.

Shapes Offered

4101L

Hydex® 4101L builds on the base material by adding internal lubrication. This gives it improved wear properties, reduced friction, and better performance under load. It’s a great fit for sliding parts, cams, or guides where smooth movement and long service life are priorities.

Shapes Offered

4101_UD_Blue

Made for food and beverage lines, Hydex® 4101 UD Blue includes a detectable blue pigment to help reduce contamination risks. It stands up to cleaning chemicals and keeps its strength in washdown environments, all while meeting visual traceability standards required by food processors.

Shapes Offered

202

Hydex® 202 is a rigid polyurethane known for its dimensional stability and impact strength. It holds up well under mechanical loads and is often chosen for wear plates, impact pads, and rollers that need to stay accurate and strong over time.

Shapes Offered

301

Hydex® 301 is similar in makeup to 202 but offers a slightly different performance profile, often chosen where toughness and chemical resistance are required together. It’s suitable for valve seats, pump components, and dynamic mechanical parts exposed to stress and solvents.
