Noryl Grades

Noryl® is a family of modified polyphenylene ether (PPE) resins developed by SABIC, known for their excellent balance of mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. These materials are often blended with other polymers, such as polystyrene (PS), to enhance their performance and versatility. Here are the key characteristics of Noryl®:

EN_265

EN 265 is a PPE and polystyrene blend formulated with a non-halogenated flame-retardant system. It offers excellent electrical insulation, low water absorption, and strong impact resistance. With UL94 ratings of V-0 at 6 mm and V-1 at 1.5 mm, it’s a practical material for enclosures, conduits, and electrical routing systems used in both indoor and outdoor installations across Canada.

GLASS FILLED 30%

GF30 is reinforced with 30% glass fibre for added rigidity, heat tolerance, and dimensional control. It delivers reliable performance under mechanical and thermal stress, making it a smart choice for structural electrical parts like housings, fuse carriers, and impellers where consistent strength and electrical stability are required in industrial environments.
