Nycast Grades
thyssenkrupp Materials NA Canada offers a range of Nycast® products in various grades and shapes including rods, sheets, and tubes. Nycast® comes in standard grades and can be customized with different solid lubricants or fillers to enhance the properties of machinable nylon.
Nycast® products are available in over 15 colors and a number of standard sizes. Additionally, thyssenkrupp works with the manufacturer of Nycast®, Cast Nylon Limited, to fulfill custom size and color requests for orders. Please note that custom orders are subject to meeting minimum quantities.
6PA
Nycast 6PA is a durable cast nylon known for wear resistance, high tensile strength, and rigidity. Available in natural and black, it's ideal for bearings, gears, and rollers. It resists impact, vibration, and abrasion, making it reliable for industrial use. It's easy to machine and resists brittleness, ensuring long-term performance.
