General Purpose polycarbonate is a highly durable, high-impact material perfect for replacing glass in indoor and outdoor projects like signage or skylights. Lightweight and nearly unbreakable, it’s about one-third the weight of plexiglass and one-sixth that of glass, making it an excellent choice for security applications.
GP-V
GP-V polycarbonate is a flame-retardant, UV-stabilized grade with a UL 94 V-2 rating at 0.060” thickness and a V-0 rating at 0.220” and above. Known for its impact strength, clarity, and high-temperature resistance, it is ideal for durable, easily fabricated applications with high visual quality requirements.
Lumen XT LC5
Lumen XT LC5 is a translucent polycarbonate with a textured surface optimized for LED lighting applications, achieving high light diffusion and transmission. It minimizes LED hotspots and provides superior impact resistance over glass or acrylic, suitable for safety-critical environments like prisons, schools, and transit stations.
Lumen XT LC7
Lumen XT LC7 polycarbonate is highly diffusive, engineered for LED lighting that requires significant light diffusion with reduced glare. Its special surface texture ensures uniform light distribution, preventing hotspots, making it perfect for fixtures in environments such as hospitals and educational institutions where soft lighting is essential.
Lumen XT LW3
Lumen XT LW3 polycarbonate is designed for lighting applications needing balanced light transmission and diffusion, with less diffusion than LC5 or LC7. It offers excellent impact resistance and durability, ideal for lighting in public and industrial spaces where both safety and efficient light diffusion are vital.
Machine Grade
Machine Grade polycarbonate is highly versatile due to its impact resistance, low moisture absorption, and excellent electrical properties, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications that require durability and chemical resistance.
Mirror
Polycarbonate Mirror sheets provide a safe, lightweight alternative to glass mirrors, designed for high-stress environments like gyms, RVs, and boats. They are impact-resistant and durable, making them ideal for applications where traditional glass could pose safety risks.
Monogal-F
Monogal-F polycarbonate is a premium extruded sheet offering superior impact strength, light transmission, and temperature resistance. It’s half the weight of glass and almost unbreakable, making it perfect for architectural glazing, automotive uses, heavy machinery, and safety applications, with an added UV-protective layer for weather durability.
Optical Grade
Optical Grade polycarbonate offers exceptional clarity and minimal distortion, perfect for applications needing low haze and optimal visual quality. Its high heat resistance and impact strength make it suitable for demanding industrial uses.
SL Sign Grade
SL polycarbonate sheet is UV-resistant with exceptional durability and impact strength, meeting UL 879 standards for electrical signage. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it’s easily fabricated and thermoformed, ideal for a variety of electrical signage applications.
SL-V Sign Grade
SL-V polycarbonate offers advanced UV resistance for prolonged outdoor use. Its durability and impact strength make it perfect for outdoor signage and other applications exposed to harsh weather conditions.
