Rulon Grades
Rulon-LR
Rulon LR is a maroon coloured general-purpose grade valued for its low friction, dimensional stability, and excellent wear resistance. Its bondable surface and reliable electrical insulation make it suitable for bushings, bearings, seals, and wear surfaces in equipment exposed to continuous mechanical motion.
Shapes Offered
Rulon-J
Rulon J provides ultra-low friction against soft mating surfaces such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. Non-abrasive and dull gold in appearance, this grade is selected for piston rings, guide strips, and applications where minimal wear on the counter surface is critical.

Rulon-641
This white FDA-compliant grade is used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical systems where clean dry-running performance is essential. Rulon 641 maintains excellent wear resistance and chemical stability without requiring external lubrication, making it a strong alternative to UHMW and virgin PTFE.
Shapes Offered
Rulon-AR
Rulon AR offers improved flexibility and high chemical resistance for non-lubricated environments. With the same maroon appearance as LR, it is preferred for seals, cups, and dynamic interfaces exposed to aggressive media in industrial and chemical systems.
Shapes Offered
Rulon-142
Designed for linear and rotary bearing applications, Rulon 142 exhibits low deformation, high thermal dissipation, and resistance to vibration. Its turquoise bronze colour identifies it in tooling systems, machine slides, and guideway components where stability and consistent motion are required.
Shapes Offered
Rulon-123
Rulon 123 is a black self-lubricating grade developed for chemically aggressive wet or submerged environments. It provides low friction, electrostatic dissipation, and dimensional stability. Suitable for bearings and wear surfaces operating at moderate speeds, it is not intended for vacuum or extremely dry conditions.
