The process of grinding the end of bars to remove edge burrs and improve performance in automatically fed turning machines.

Deburring:

The process of removing burrs and sharp corners from cut piece pieces, often done by hand or a vibratory tumbler, depending on the size of the product and the number of pieces.

Drilling:

Heat Treat/Annealing:
